A600185  filter capsule is special use for digital printing systems in order to increased ink flow rates.It assembled with an opaque exterior shell to protect against UV-light intrusion, large-bore connections to minimize pressure loss, and a wide range of industry-accepted media appropriate for most digital printing applications. It has short and long  type with CPC fitting,  Filter media offerings most of 10 μm to 20 μm.

Features:

Ø   Assembly with high flow capacity polypropylene filter, It maximum pressure is 5.5Bar (80Psi）and maximum operation temperature is 50°C（122°F）. It is a critical combination in high-flow recirculating ink systems.

Ø The black polypropylene exterior housing protects against UV light and prevents ink from curing inside the filter.  This capsule is also suitable for ink chemistries that are not UV curable.

Ø  With excellent big capability and make the filter caspules with long life.

Ø  Standard CPC connections at both side to minimize pressure loss and available add connections.

Ø  With heavy-duty, compression-fitting vents allow for venting at start-up or periodic venting or serve as connections for continuous venting, if required.

Ø  The polypropylene construction of the filter capsule makes it suitable for use with most ink jet ink formulations.
